The CORA Process

Concept.

A "concept" is a thematic scheme that ties all the design elements together. This visual theme evokes a specific look and feel by strategically using colour, space, and style to communicate practical interior aspirations. Every project is unique.

Developed Design.

The technical design phase develops the spatial and decorative design in sufficient detail for a drawing to be implemented. CORA produces 3D visualisations and technical drawings and schedules for bespoke joinery, sanitaryware, furnishings and lighting in CAD (computer aided design) that can be used to tender for contractors.

FF&E Sourcing.

CORA will design and source furniture, fittings, and equipment (“FF&E”) to create a scheme tied through from the concept and within the agreed budget. Physical and virtual sample boards are produced to get a real feel for the pieces. We are lucky to have access to our trusted network of suppliers and independent creators, meaning that our interiors are beautiful, ethical and sustainable.

Storage & Installation.

Once procured, items can be stored until installation day. The completion process will then be carefully and thoroughly supervised by the team to ensure the design is installed to our meticulous standards.
